St. Louis, /December 2017 (STL.News) – Big changes are in the works for a downtown St. Louis-based craft brewer. Alpha Brewing Company is closing its downtown brewery at the end of this month (December 2017) ahead of their move to Tower Grove South. The new Alpha Brewing Company tap room and beer garden will open at 4310 Fyler Avenue in mid-February. The move represents more than a change of scenery. It also means the brewery will be able to grow and expand in more ways than one.

Is Colorado’s craft beer scene oversaturated? It’s a question that’s been on the tip of a lot of tongues in the Centennial State recently. With 334 craft breweries currently operating within Colorado, and nearly 200 more in the planning or construction phase, it’s easy to see why the state that ranks third in the U.for number of breweries per capita has been under the microscope of the craft beer industry lately.

If you’re a beer geek and reside in the mid-west more than likely you have heard of the chain of craft beer bars known as Hopcat. Their soon to be locations in the states of Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin are the craft beer lovers dream in many ways.
